THE INGREDIENT
ROSA LANI
M_0067625
A magnificient new rose with delicate petal notes and fruity tonalities
Cultivated in Moldova, the Rosa Lani, also known as the Crimean rose, is a confidential ingredient in perfumery that exhibits a surprisingly fresh and captivating new rose scent.
MANE is the last fragrance house to extract the essence of this delicate flower, preserving this beautiful Eastern Europe heritage.
Working hand in hand with our local partner, we ensure complete traceability from the fields to the final extract.
ROSA LANI ABSOLUTE reveals a soft and delicate petal-like profile with a fruity freshness and liquorous hints. It boasts a rich texture that gradually transforms into subtle tea notes with comforting undertones of hay.

THE PERFUMER
JEROME DI MARINO
With a spirit both energetic like the sun and vast like the ocean, this young perfumer with an admirable career has earned recognition in his chosen métier. Living and working between Paris and Barcelona, he joined Mane’s creative team at the end of 2022.

Mediterranean at heart, Jérôme Di Marino was born in the French Alps, where the two countries of his parents met. His father's family is from Abruzzo, Italy, and his mother's, the French Savoy. He grew up in a small village in Haute-Savoie, where his bedroom overlooked the Mont Blanc. He savored a life in the open air, roaming free and insouciant. The olfactory picture of his childhood is thus composed of frank touches – those of wooden and waxed interiors, of the oily green scent of cedar hedges, of a kitchen with basil and of the pizzelle, an Italian waffle encrusted with lemon and anise. Keen on culinary aromas, even today when Di Marino travels, first on the itinerary would be the local markets, where he discovers the regional produce – fruits, spices, vegetables – as well as traditional recipes.
